Not much happened between now and my last entry. I'm fairly used to living in my apartment by now, but it's been a little hard thanks to the two extra people living with us. To put it simply, I don't like them.

I'm not taking requests anymore, but the person who sent me one recently will get theirs done whenever I can work on it. Keep in mind that I have to deal with the whole "shared computer" nonsense, especially now that it's the weekend. However, I may finally be getting Photoshop installed on my laptop, so I won't have to worry about that anymore.

In other news, I have a tumblr now. I'll link it in my deviantID. There isn't a whole lot of art on it yet, and the oldest is that Toriel painting I uploaded a while ago I believe. But feel free to check it out. I might even post more frequently on there than here. c:

How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?

Alright, shout-out to my friend Dominoms for convincing me to finally get an account here. I've known about deviantART a few years before joining, but never bothered because I felt my art wasn't good enough. If we never met, I might never have considered it. She was, and still is, one of my artistic inspirations. Her art helped me get a better understanding of anatomy, and for a while, I tried to replicate her style (and ultimately failed). It wasn't in vain, though, since I developed my own style that isn't generic anime stuff.

This all probably sounds really sappy, but I really am glad I met her. Not just as a fellow artist, but a great friend.

What are your preferred tools to create art?

An old Wacom Intuos tablet, with my main program being Photoshop CS6. On paper, I prefer mechanical pencils and, sometimes, colored pencils.

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?

What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?

When I uploaded this and recieved 20+ favorites within a day. It still stands as my top-favorited deviation!

As you might have noticed with my recent uploads, I'm finally back! I should have made an entry here first, but I was too excited. ;v;

Two months ago, I moved into my new apartment and.. well, it has its pros and cons. I'll never get used the creaky floor and definitely not the roof that also creaks on windy days. But, as I mentioned before, the layout was similiar to my old place, so I adjusted fairly quickly after whining about all the differences.

I'm posting about this now because we recently got our internet up and running! To celebrate, I thought I would open requests again! I'll only do five this time. Like last time, there a few things you should know before requesting.

It's been a few weeks since I lost my home, and since then, I've slowly been recovering from the shock. There are still days where I'd wake up, thinking I'm home and everything is fine.. but then reality hits me and I get sad all over again. ;c

There is some good news, though, and that's that I should have a new place in just a few months! I've seen some photos of it and it's not too different from where I used to live, so adapting shouldn't be too difficult. I'm already looking forward to moving in~♪

Anyway, as I mentioned before in my last journal, I've had requests open up until today, so I'm no longer taking requests! I might start doing them again at a later date, as well as art trades. I'm not ready to take on commissions just yet since I don't have a bank account, but eventually I hope to be able to. For now, just keep an eye out for when I open requests/art trades.
